Is there really no per-cover charge?
None. Posto charges a flat monthly or annual fee per location. You keep every penny guests pay you.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Your account moves to the Starter plan (50 bookings/month, free forever). You won't be charged unless you actively choose a paid plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly — downgrade at the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.
Do you offer discounts for multi-site operators?
Yes. The Group plan covers multiple locations. For groups with more than 5 locations, contact us for volume pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. UK bank transfer available on annual Enterprise plans.
Is my guest data safe?
Posto is UK GDPR compliant. Guest data is stored in Supabase's EU region (Frankfurt), encrypted at rest. You own your data — export or delete it at any time.
